I ask for up to 14 business days to deliver a full gallery of Images. I am known for a quick turnaround time, so I like to get your photos back to you ASAP. If they get done earlier, I will contact you.

Please plan enough time to get to your session. Whether that be getting the kids ready or navigating through rush hour traffic. If you are running late, please call us. I will give you a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes it will cut into your photo session. If you are more than 30 minutes late without calling, you will forfeit your booking fee and we will have the right to cancel the session. We understand unforeseen circumstances, please communicate with us. If we are late, we will communicate that with you and your session time will not be affected.

I know how life works. Kids get sick. Weather ruins the day. And I want to make things as easy as possible for you. I require a non-refundable deposit to save the date, but if anyone gets sick or if it rains the photoshoot can be rescheduled anytime within 4 months. Please don't wait until the last minute to reschedule as long as I have 48 hours' notice of the cancellation.
If you cancel within a 48-hour window, then all monies paid are non-refundable. The 48-hour cancellation period does not apply if the cancellation is weather related or extreme life events.

Believe it or not, EVERYONE tells me this before their session, and it never turns out to be true! I coach my clients through having their photos taken. When you’re having a great time, you’ll look more beautiful than you thought was possible.

I keep a number of backup dates open each month in case of bad weather, and there is no fee to reschedule to a new date if it’s raining. Charleston weather can be unpredictable and changes very quickly, so I typically wait to call off a session until that morning (or the night before sunrise sessions). Sunshine and natural light is a huge part of my style of photography, and it’s definitely worth waiting for a beautiful day!

If you do want to use Pinterest to help you plan your session, look at it as general inspiration (not exact replication)— for instance, use it to figure out what style of photos you like
